How much height do they add?
Anywhere from about 1 inch up to 3.5 inches. Add or remove layers to get exactly the boost you want.
Will they fit my shoes?
Yes — they're trim-to-fit. Cut along the marked lines to match your size. Use one layer in sneakers and casual shoes, two or three in boots and hi-tops. If your shoes fit snugly, we recommend going up half a size.
